The Teller County Land Use Regulations (LUR) is an important tool that determines how unincorporated Teller County will look in the future by guiding new construction and development today based on the community’s values and visions as expressed in the "Teller County Growth Management Plan". Text amendments to the LUR are a natural and ongoing process that ensures clear, accurate and relevant regulations. Public input is critical to the amendment process and your review on the following revisions is valuable to Teller County. If you would like to submit comments or have any questions, please email Lor Pellegrino, Senior Planner, or call her at 719-686-5414.
